Develop and showcase your skills

Through the Career Development Department of the Doctoral College

Throughout the year and in collaboration with other administrative offices of the University of Strasbourg, the Career Development Department (Pôle Poursuite de carrière) offers activities to help PhD students develop their skills and put them into practice, such as expert missions, thematic workshops and meetings with professionals.

Contact Nicolas Grimmer Fidelis at the Career Development Department for more information.

Through Espace Avenir's Doctoral Skills Development Programme

Espace Avenir, the university's central service for student guidance and career support, runs the Doctoral Skills Development Programme (Programme valorisation de compétences – NCT), aimed at students nearing the end of their PhD (third year or higher). It helps them actively prepare for their career after their PhD and optimise their transition into professional life. Mentors and consultants in organisation and human resources support and guide their work.
